What Resumind Is

Resumind is a job discovery application. We aggregate job listings from third-party sources and present them in a personalized feed. Resumind is a discovery tool only — we are not a recruiter, staffing agency, or application management platform.

Job Listings

Job listings displayed in Resumind are sourced from third-party APIs and job boards. Resumind does not create, verify, or control job listing content. We make no representations about:

• The accuracy or completeness of any listing
• Whether a position is currently available
• The legitimacy of any employer
• Application outcomes
• Whether you are eligible to apply. The eligibility label on each job ("Hires worldwide", "US only", "Eligibility unclear"…) is generated automatically from the listing text. It is guidance, not a promise — confirm with the employer before relying on it.

Copyright in job descriptions belongs to the respective employers and job boards.

Resumind Pro

Browsing jobs is free. Resumind Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited saved jobs, a daily digest, and instant alerts. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Applying for Jobs

Tapping "Apply now" opens the original job posting on the employer's or job board's website. Your application is submitted directly to them, not through Resumind. We are not party to any employment relationship or hiring decision.

User Accounts

You must be 16 or older to use Resumind. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately through our support page if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Resumind for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, extract, or systematically copy job data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the app
• Use the app to transmit spam or malicious content

Disclaimer of Warranties

Resumind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of job data, or that the app will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resumind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed job opportunities or hiring decisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
